The institute mainly deals with research from the year of Maimonides, and the accompanying Maimonides. This study was mainly conducted by the late Geri Kafach, who was the expert in our generation on the Mishnah of Maimonides. And last on Maimonides from compilations from about three hundred different commentators, which are not within the reach of every person, with notes by the late Hagri Kafach, also for these commentaries in 24 volumes.
One of the areas of research in Maimonides 'teaching is to clarify Maimonides' halakhic method, in practice, in the reality of our modern lives.
As is well known, the late Rabbi Kafach was a great translator of Jewish literature written in ancient Arabic. That is why the institute is diligent in publishing books that he has translated and written for them, introductions and eye-opening comments. The institute encourages further research in the teaching of Rav Kafach.
