The institute mainly deals with research from the year of Maimonides, and the accompanying Maimonides. This study was mainly conducted by the late Geri Kafach, who was the expert in our generation on the Mishnah of Maimonides. And last on Maimonides from compilations from about three hundred different commentators, which are not within the reach of every person, with notes by the late Hagri Kafach, also for these commentaries in 24 volumes.

One of the areas of research in Maimonides 'teaching is to clarify Maimonides' halakhic method, in practice, in the reality of our modern lives.

As is well known, the late Rabbi Kafach was a great translator of Jewish literature written in ancient Arabic. That is why the institute is diligent in publishing books that he has translated and written for them, introductions and eye-opening comments. The institute encourages further research in the teaching of Rav Kafach.

 

Study of Hebrew law
A very important goal of the institute is the study of Jewish law. The institute deals with the research of Rabbi Ratzon Arusi on the subject of property law. Rabbi Arusi, as is well known, encourages the establishment of courts for superiors, so that the Torah law will be a modern law that is practiced in practice and to show the uniqueness of Hebrew law and its practicality.

Rabbi Ratzon Aroussi, chairman of the institute, deals with issues related to the laws of our people in the field of custom, halakhah and thought, and all from studies in this week's Torah portion. , And to give character to the State of Israel, as a modern Jewish state.
